Patient Preservers
Over a decade ago, I fell in love with the art of traditional meat curing during a trip to Europe and made my first cured meat project shortly after arriving home. I have been sharing my love for this craft as well as my passion for other old-fashioned skills on my YouTube channel, A Pinch of Patience, over the last 4 years.
As the channel grew, so did the incredible community—and with it, the questions and the longing for more in-depth, personalized guidance. That’s why I’m thrilled to introduce the Patient Preservers Membership—a dedicated space where we can go deeper, together.
This isn’t just an extension of the comment section—it’s a space for genuine community, real-time learning, and meaningful two-way sharing. Whether you’re just getting started or honing your craft, I’ll be here to support you every step of the way as you gain confidence in your preservation journey.
A welcoming community for traditional food lovers focused on curing, preserving, and old-world kitchen skills—plus monthly live Q&As and ongoing encouragement from like-minded folks.
