Breakfast Sausage Seasoning

Ingredients

Sage 5 Tbsp

Rosemary 4 Tbsp

Salt 3 Tbsp

Brown Sugar (can sub coconut sugar, maple sugar or syrup) ⅓ cup

Black Pepper 2 Tbsp

Red Pepper Flakes ½ Tbsp

Nutmeg ½ Tbsp

Cayenne Pepper up to ½ Tbsp

Coriander ½ Tbsp

Paprika 1 ½ Tbsp

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Add to a Pint jar with a good lid and store at room temp up to a year.

To use: Add roughly 2 TBSP (more or less to taste) seasoning mix per pound of ground meat.
