Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:

14 cups of diced tomatoes

3 cups onion

1/2 cup chopped jalapeno

1 cup chopped sweet pepper

3 cloves of garlic, minced

1/2 cup ACV

3 Tbsp Salt

1 Tbsp chili powder

1 Tbsp Coriander

2 tsp Cumin

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a stock pot. Using an immersion blender, blend to your desired texture. Simmer until thickened, 30 minutes - 1 hour.

Fill clean jars with hot salsa, leaving 1/4 inch head space. Wipe rims and apply clean lids and bands. Process in a hot water bath for 10 minutes.

Remove from the water bath and allow to cool overnight.

Label jars, remove rings, check seals, and store in the pantry!
