What to Expect

Our class will cover all the basics from start to finish of safely making traditionally cured sausages at home. We will grind, season, mix, stuff and tie an entire batch together. Each attendee will bring home a small sausage from class to finish curing at home and receive a copy of my sausage making e-book to confidently carry the information from our workshop into your home.
