In this immersive, in-person class, you’ll work alongside me to prepare and stuff traditional sausages from start to finish. We’ll cover ingredient selection, intuitive seasoning, proper handling, and traditional curing principles.

Each attendee will take home a sausage of their own to finish curing, along with a copy of my sausage making guidebook to help them keep going long after the class ends.
